- Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance and receipt of agreed advances.
- Custom or special-order items may require additional lead time and are non-returnable.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on stock availability, logistics conditions, and site readiness. Title and risk transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the specified site or transporter.
Payments
Invoices are payable as per agreed terms. Delayed payments may attract interest charges. Goods and services tax (GST) and other statutory levies, where applicable, are payable by the buyer.
Warranties
