Refund and cancellation policy

Our goal is to ensure every Arohi delivery meets expectations. The following policy governs cancellations and returns.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch by notifying us via email at contact@arohienterprise.shop or calling +91 9039885432. Cancellation requests for custom, made-to-order, or specially procured items may not be accepted once production has begun.

Returns and replacements

Inspect goods upon delivery and report discrepancies within 48 hours.
Items must remain unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by invoices.
Approved returns are processed for replacement or store credit; refunds are issued at our discretion.

Non-returnable products

Certain categories—including PVC solvents, custom-fabricated MS pipes, and electric components—are non-returnable due to safety, quality, or sourcing constraints unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund timelines

Refunds, once approved, are initiated within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Banking or payment gateway processing times may affect final credit.

Shipping charges

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return logistics, where applicable, must be coordinated and borne by the buyer unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
